WWE Money In The Bank 2022 All Winners & Losers - The Spotlight Predictions

WWE Money In The Bank 2022 All Winners & Losers Predictions

WWE Money in the Bank premium live event is set to take place on July 2nd at MGM Grand Garden Arena in Paradise, Nevada. Both RAW and SmackDown Women’s Titles will be defended on the show. Also, Men’s and Women’s Ladder matches are scheduled to take place as usual, and this year it will take place with seven participants.

The show begins at 8 p.m. ET, and the kickoff show is one hour prior to the main card at 7 p.m. WWE fans who live in the United States can watch MITB on Peacock and others can watch the show on WWE Network as usual.

Here are the 2022 Money in the Bank predictions.

Ronda Rousey (c) vs. Natalya for the SmackDown Women's Championship.

This is Ronda Rousey’s first title defense after winning it from Charlotte Flair at WrestleMania Backlash. Natalya earned the right to challenge the SmackDown Women’s Title by winning the six-pack challenge on the June 3rd episode of SmackDown. This rivalry got more personal as both women insulted each other on social media. Also, this match got more attention when Natalya came to the ring with a stroller and dressed as Ronda Rousey on SmackDown last week. However, it is hard to imagine Rousey would be losing her title this much sooner. Our Prediction: Ronda Rousey retains her SmackDown Women’s Title.

Bianca Belair (c) vs. Carmella for the RAW Women's Championship.

Bianca Belair won the RAW Women’s Championship by dethroning Becky Lynch at WrestleMania 38. Carmella became the #1 contender for the Title after defeating Alexa Bliss, Liv Morgan, Asuka & Becky Lynch in a fatal five-way match. However, Bianca Belair was scheduled to face Rhea Ripley at Money in the Bank, but the match changed due to Ripley suffering a brain injury. As a result, Carmella became a filler opponent for Belair, and both women wrestled with each other numerous times in the past year. We hope Bianca Belair will have a lengthy title reign until Ripley returns. Our Prediction: Bianca Belair retains her RAW Women’s Title.

The Usos (c) vs. The Street Profits for the Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championship.

The Usos is the most dominant tag team in WWE right now. They became the Undisputed WWE Tag Team Champions by defeating RK-Bro on the May 20th episode of Friday Night SmackDown. The Street Profits are one of the most entertaining tag teams in WWE, and they have been chasing the Tag Teams Title for a long time. However, this is not the right time for Usos to lose their titles because it could hurt The Bloodline's momentum. Our Predictions: The Usos retain their Undisputed WWE Tag Team Titles.

Theory (c) vs. Bobby Lashley for the United States Championship.

This match is hard to predict as both superstars must not lose. Theory reportedly has a match against John Cena at SummerSlam. Therefore, the United States Championship is not important to that bout. On the other hand, Bobby Lashley was in the main event title picture for so long. Therefore, getting into the mid-card title picture is something not right. However, this match could end in disqualification or count-out. Our Prediction: Bobby Lashley wins the match by disqualification.

Alexa Bliss vs. Liv Morgan vs. Asuka vs. Becky Lynch vs.  Lacey Evans vs. Raquel Rodriguez vs. Shotzi for the Women's Money in the Bank Ladder Match.

Becky Lynch missed several opportunities to capture the RAW Women’s Title after losing her Title at WrestleMania 38. Therefore, this could be her last chance. Also, Liv Morgan and Lacey Evans have more chances than Alexa Bliss and Raquel Rodriguez. Shotzi is competing in this bout because of the lack of women on the SmackDown roster. She has zero chance of grabbing the MITB briefcase in this match. Our Prediction: Becky Lynch becomes Ms. Money in the Bank.

Riddle vs.Seth Rollins vs. Drew McIntyre vs. Sheamus vs. Sami Zayn vs. Omos vs. Madcap Moss for the Men's Money in the Bank Ladder Match.

Riddle has been over with WWE Universe after losing RAW Tag Team Championship. He recently had a match against Roman Reigns for the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship and was unable to capture the title. Therefore, this could be Riddle’s last opportunity. On the other hand, Seth Rollins is trying to grab the MITB briefcase after losing to Cody Rhodes back-to-back. Drew McIntyre, Sheamus, Madcap Moss and Sami Zayn have zero chances in this bout. “Nigerian Giant” Omos still green in the ring, and he is not ready for the main title picture yet. Our Prediction: Riddle becomes Mr. Money in the Bank.
