Two Banned Words No Longer Banned In WWE

Previously Vince McMahon banned certain words to prevent using them on live television and talents were instructed to never use banned words without permission.

Vince McMahon retired from WWE two weeks ago and Triple H was appointed to WWE's head of creative. Also, Stephanie McMahon and Nick Khan were appointed as Co-CEOs of WWE. The new management has removed two words from Vince's banned word list.

According to Wrestling Observer Newsletter, the words "wrestling" and "wrestler" are no longer banned in WWE.

It was noted it was more relaxed and calmer, that the women felt there is going to be more focus on them and that the words wrestler and wrestling were no longer dirty words talent was instructed to never use without authorization, and almost everyone considers that a good thing.

It looks like the new WWE management gives talent more freedom to do promos.

We will update you when we receive more details. Stay tuned with The Spotlight.
