WWE Reportedly Planning To Change RAW Commentary Team

Last month, the WWE SmackDown commentary team changed after Pat McAfee signed a full-time deal with ESPN. Pat McAfee was replaced by WWE RAW commentator Corey Graves until McAfee returns to the company. Since then, Graves appeared on both RAW and SmackDown commentary teams.

WrestleVotes reported that WWE expected to change the WWE RAW commentary team next week. They noted that minor aspects such as graphics and intros of both RAW and SmackDown will change as well. The Season premiere of Monday Night RAW is scheduled to take place at Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York next week.

I’m told to expect a commentary change on RAW with the season premiere this coming week. Other minor aspects of both shows are also set to get altered as well.

WWE has announced the following lineup for the season premiere of Monday Night RAW.

  • D-Generation X celebrates its 25th anniversary
  • The Bloodline is set to appear
  • United States Championship match: Bobby Lashley vs. Seth Rollins
  • Johnny Gargano vs. Austin Theory

We will update you when we receive more details. Stay tuned with The Spotlight.
