Big E has continuously provided updates on social media after suffering a neck injury on the March 12th episode of Friday Night SmackDown. Initially, Big E stated that his C1 and C6 vertebrae were fractured. However, he noted that he does not need surgery.
After wearing a neck brace for a few months, Big E removed it. In a recent video clip, he also showed his neck movements.
Today, Big E announced that his C1 vertebra has not yet been ossified.
Update! My C1 isn’t ossifying (forming bone) quite yet. The current plan is to get more scans at the one year mark & see how it’s progressing. The great news is I feel tremendous & surgery is off the table.
