Last night, Jon Moxley defended his AEW World Championship against Hangman Adam Page in the main event of AEW Dynamite. During the match, Moxley hit a stiff lariat on Page. The referee and the doctor then checked Page and stopped the match. Moxley was then declared the winner. The AEW medical staff then came to the ring and proceeded to take Adam Page to the hospital.

Later, AEW issued the following update on Adam Page’s condition.
Hangman Adam Page was taken tonight by medical personnel to a Cincinnati trauma center and diagnosed with a concussion. He was discharged, but will remain in AEW's concussion protocol.
AEW and Hangman Page are grateful for the exemplary response and care of staff and local medical personnel, and are appreciative of the love and support of fans everywhere.

After retaining the title, Jon Moxley took a microphone and called out MJF to cash in his chip. MJF refused the offer and said that he will face Jon Moxley for the AEW World Championship on November 19th at Full Gear pay-per-view.
